• Coordination of residential construction work alongside the site manager in: concrete structure, timber assembly, bathpods, blockwork, carpentry, installations, painting, among others.
• Coordination of staff hired through administration (crane operator, skilled workers, maintenance worker, etc.) and subcontractors.
• Preventive resource on site.
• Supervision of authorized personnel access.
• Supervision of compliance with the health and safety plan.
• Coordination and monitoring of the material necessary for the proper functioning of the site.
• Carrying out setting-out.

We are looking for a Manager/Supervisor to coordinate and supervise daily operations in the production area, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, safety, and economic efficiency. We are looking for someone capable of leading the work team, driving the correct execution of processes, and designing solutions that optimize resources and improve productivity.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction.
• Communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety, health, order, and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position (standing for extended periods).
• Knowledge of Lean methodology (valuable).
• Knowledge of timber construction or prefabrication.
