Territorial Healthcare Management Manager (GTGS)/ Key Account Manager
Lead the strategic management of the healthcare accounts in their territory, acting as the reference interlocutor for the main stakeholders of the healthcare system within their accounts and coordinating AbbVie's internal resources to guarantee patient access to the company's therapeutic innovation, as well as contributing to healthcare excellence and promoting the sustainability of the healthcare system.
The position combines responsibilities for access, account management, cross-functional coordination, and the generation and implementation of value projects, becoming the strategic reference for the account within AbbVie.
What you'll do
- Act as the internal and external reference interlocutor for the assigned accounts.
- Develop influence maps and stakeholder analyses.
- Perform global analyses of the accounts and develop strategic action plans.
- Evaluate the evolution of the accounts and propose specific action plans.
- Identify opportunities and risks that may affect the access or positioning of AbbVie products.
- Identify and anticipate access barriers in hospitals and regional health services.
- Lead strategies for the inclusion and maintenance of products in therapeutic algorithms and healthcare processes.
- Coordinate activities with Hospital Pharmacy, healthcare managers, clinicians, and regional bodies.
- Prepare access proposals, technical documentation, and local adaptation of the value dossier.
- Participate in access meetings with healthcare decision-makers and opinion leaders.
- Ensure alignment between the needs of the account and AbbVie's value proposition.
- Informally lead multifunctional territorial teams (IFT).
- Coordinate actions with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Sales, Marketing, and other corporate functions.
- Drive the coordinated execution of strategic initiatives within the territory.
- Collaborate with the procurement team in the development of access strategies.
- Lead, together with the procurement team, the monitoring of tenders, public competitions, and framework agreements.
- Participate in public openings of files considered strategic.
- Monitor the impact of tenders on the accounts.
- Design and drive value projects oriented towards efficiency, health outcomes, and healthcare improvement.
- Identify opportunities for collaboration with healthcare institutions.
- Implement in the field the value projects developed by the Access and Government Affairs team
- Coordinate consultants, healthcare managers, clinicians, and internal teams in the execution of projects.
- Measure the results and impact of the developed initiatives
- Coordinate returns, logistical incidents, and administrative processes associated with the account.
- Analyze the economic evolution of the accounts and contribute to the optimization of resources.
- Collect and share clinical, healthcare, and market insights.
