Analyst Developer Agentforce

We are looking for an Analyst Developer Agentforce with technical experience in Salesforce to join our teams and participate in the development and configuration of Agentforce-based solutions.

The person will work on the technical configuration of agents, automations, Actions, Flows, integrations, and extensions on the Salesforce platform, collaborating with functional analysts, developers, and architects.

Functions

• Configure agents using Agent Builder.
• Implement Topics, Actions, instructions, and agent capabilities.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce Flows associated with processes and Agentforce Actions.
• Implement Agentforce Actions using Flow, Apex, and other Salesforce capabilities.
• Develop Apex components when declarative capabilities are not sufficient.
• Create and fine-tune prompts using Prompt Builder.
• Integrate Agentforce with services, APIs, and data sources.
• Participate in integrations with Data Cloud / Data 360.
• Collaborate on the technical design of Agentforce solutions alongside senior profiles and architects.
• Perform technical testing, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
• Participate in deployments and the lifecycle of Salesforce solutions.

Profile

• At least 1 year of experience working with Agentforce.
• More than 2 years of experience in development or technical configuration on Salesforce.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow.
• Knowledge of Apex and Salesforce development.
• Knowledge of Agent Builder, Topics, Actions, and instructions.
• Knowledge of Prompt Builder and the ability to create and fine-tune prompts.
• Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and integrations.
• Knowledge of basic AI and generative AI concepts: LLM, context, grounding, hallucinations, and instructions.
• Strong technical analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Professional English B2 or higher.

• Familiarity with Data Cloud / Data 360, valued.

• Participar en despliegues y ciclo de vida de las soluciones Salesforce.

Perfil

• Al menos 1 año de experiencia trabajando con Agentforce.
• Más de 2 años de experiencia en desarrollo o configuración técnica sobre Salesforce.
• Experiencia práctica con Salesforce Flow.
• Conocimientos de Apex y desarrollo Salesforce.
• Conocimiento de Agent Builder, Topics, Actions e instrucciones.
• Conocimiento de Prompt Builder y capacidad para crear y ajustar prompts.
• Familiaridad con APIs e integraciones Salesforce.
• Conocimiento de conceptos básicos de IA e IA generativa: LLM, contexto, grounding, alucinaciones e instrucciones.
• Capacidad de análisis técnico y resolución de problemas.
• Inglés profesional B2 o superior.

• Familiaridad con Data Cloud / Data 360, valorable.
