Are you passionate about the insurance sector and eager to drive its digital transformation? At Accenture, we are looking for a professional with 4 years of experience to join our Consulting team and lead projects that optimize processes, enhance the customer experience, and accelerate technology adoption.

• Execute digital transformation initiatives aligned with the insurance business strategy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (IT, product, operations, sales) to implement innovative solutions.

• Manage projects using agile and traditional methodologies, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and objectives are met.

• Participate in the definition and implementation of technology developments focused on operational efficiency and customer experience.

The position is based in Madrid or Barcelona under a hybrid work model, with some days working from home and others at the office, where you will have the chance to create valuable synergies with the rest of your team.
Residency in Spain and a valid work permit for Spain are mandatory requirements.

• Lead digital transformation projects for insurance companies (life, health, general, and auto).

• Analyze operational processes and propose improvements through technology solutions.

• Ensure the proper adoption of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional ones (PMI, Prince2).

• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in consulting or digital transformation projects within the insurance sector.

• In-depth knowledge of the insurance business (life, health, general, and auto).

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, IT Systems, or related fields.

• Analytical skills, results orientation, and a strong focus on customer experience.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills.

• Liderar proyectos de transformación digital en compañías aseguradoras (vida, salud, generales o autos).

• Analizar procesos operativos y proponer mejoras mediante soluciones tecnológicas.

• Asegurar la correcta adopción de metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban) y tradicionales (PMI, Prince2).

• Gestionar la relación con stakeholders internos y externos, garantizando la alineación con los objetivos del negocio.

• Experiencia mínima de 4 años en consultoría o proyectos de transformación digital en el sector asegurador.

• Conocimiento profundo del negocio asegurador (vida, salud, generales o autos).

• Formación universitaria en Ingeniería, Administración, Sistemas o carreras afines.

• Habilidades analíticas, orientación a resultados y enfoque en la experiencia del cliente.
