We are looking for a Delivery Lead with extensive experience leading complex projects and services and with mandatory experience in the healthcare industry. The person will be responsible for the delivery of contracts or contract components, ensuring compliance with contractual, economic, and quality commitments.

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects and services, managing scope, planning, milestones, budget, risks, quality, and contractual and economic commitments.
• Manage projects linked to the healthcare industry, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring that execution responds to the client's objectives and operational needs.
• Coordinate the various stakeholders involved, monitor project indicators, identify deviations, and define and execute corrective action plans.
• Build and lead high-performance teams, defining talent needs and fostering collaborative and continuous improvement work models.

Responsibilities

• Direct the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of the project, guaranteeing compliance with scope, schedule, risks, quality, and economic objectives.
• Manage the operational relationship with the different stakeholders and teams involved throughout the entire delivery cycle.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage delivery risks, dependencies, and deviations, establishing mitigation plans and corrective actions.
• Lead capacity and team planning, ensuring the availability of the necessary profiles to meet the service objectives.

The position is based in Madrid under a hybrid work model, with some days worked from home and others at the office, where you will be able to create valuable synergies with the rest of your team.
