The role

We are looking for a profile to lead the Native Mobile Application Development and Maintenance Service (Android/iOS) for a major client in the Media and Digital sector.

What you'll do

* Operationally lead the service.
* Manage the relationship with the client.
* Act as a single point of escalation.
* Coordinate development teams and technical leaders.
* Guarantee SLA and KPI compliance.
* Manage service capacity and planning.
* Perform economic and budgetary monitoring.
* Control forecast and resource consumption.
* Manage operational and contractual risks.
* Lead monitoring committees and executive reporting.
* Define and drive continuous improvement plans.
* Manage service continuity and profile replacement.
* Coordinate transition processes and knowledge transfer.
* Ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
