Financial Legal Advisory Internship

At ACCIONA, we are looking for final-year undergraduate or master's degree students to join our internship program and work with the Financial Legal Advisory team within the Corporate area.

The intern will provide support to the Financial Legal Advisory Department, mainly in the following areas:

• Corporate and project financing.

• Capital markets.

• Financial derivatives.

• Insurance and guarantees.

• Customer identification processes at financial institutions.

Degree in Law and/or Business Administration and Management, with a Master's degree qualifying for access to the legal profession.

Professional proficiency in English is required.

• Possibility of signing an Internship Agreement with the university, while being in the final year of their degree.

• Availability to complete a 6-month internship on a full-time basis.

• Immediate start.

Desde ACCIONA buscamos estudiantes de último año de Grado o de Máster habilitante interesados en participar en nuestro Programa de Becas e incorporarse en prácticas colaborando con el equipo de Asesoría Jurídica Financiera del área Corporativa.

El estudiante prestará apoyo al Departamento de Asesoría Jurídica Financiera, principalmente en las siguientes materias:

• Financiaciones corporativas y de proyectos.

• Mercado de capitales.

• Derivados financieros.

• Seguros y garantías.

• Procesos de identificación de clientes en entidades financieras.

Derecho y/o ADE, Máster Acceso a la Abogacía y la Procura.

Se requiere dominio profesional del inglés.

• Posibilidad de firmar un Convenio de Prácticas con la universidad, cursando último año de grado.

• Disponibilidad para realizar una beca de 6 meses a jornada completa.

• Incorporación inmediata.
