ACCIONA, in its Energy business line, is looking to hire a CAE Business Manager to join its team at the Madrid Campus.

ACCIONA Energía is looking to hire, within the Energy Services (ESCO) area, a CAE Manager to lead the commercialization of Energy Savings Certificates (CAE), driving the market and optimizing the economic benefit derived from the energy savings of clients and channels.

The professional will be responsible for leading the CAE team, representing the area institutionally, and managing the network of channels and collaborators that originate and contribute to the business, ensuring that each file progresses soundly from acquisition to collection.

The objective of the position is to drive the certificate market and scale the business sustainably, combining institutional and channel development with rigorous operational management of the team and the process.

This role will report to the Director of Energy Services.

• Directing and coordinating the CAE team, distributing the workload of files and ensuring compliance with commercial objectives and deadlines.
• Defining the team's organization and commercial planning, and ensuring proper management of contacts and projects in the CRM.
• Supporting, training, and developing the team, establishing quality standards in savings calculation, pricing, and document management.
• Acting as the main point of contact with institutions to ensure compliance with the regulatory process and expedite the conversion of energy savings records into certificates.
• Maintaining and developing the institutional relationship with regulatory bodies, anticipating regulatory changes (e.g., multipliers, technical criteria) that affect the business.
• Managing the relationship with engineering firms and technical providers involved in the calculation and substantiation of energy savings.
• Coordinating with verifiers the continuous improvement of the validation process, resolving bottlenecks and ensuring the quality of files before submission.
• Managing and growing the network of channels and collaborators (agents, agencies, consultancies) under the various collaboration models: without a contract, agency, or sale of savings.
• Monitoring the performance of each channel and activating commercial action plans when necessary.
• Actively supporting the acquisition of new opportunities, both from the proprietary portfolio and through channels, especially in more complex accounts or projects.
• Identifying new commercial opportunities in the certificate market, analyzing the savings potential of energy efficiency improvements.
• Coordinating with other ACCIONA Energía departments (operations, administration, finance/billing) to ensure the continuity of the file from the agreement stage through to collection.
• Collaborating with the technical team in the interpretation and analysis of energy savings eligible for certification.

• A degree in Engineering or similar technical training.
• Additional training in energy efficiency is valued.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the field of projects, with at least 1 year leading teams.
• Experience in the buying and selling of standardized products, preferably related to energy savings certificates or efficiency markets.
• Proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, and document management systems for tracking files and validating certificates.

ACCIONA, en su línea de negocio de Energía, precisa incorporar un/a Responsable de Negocio CAE para formar parte de su equipo en el Campus de Madrid.

ACCIONA Energía precisa incorporar, dentro del área de Servicios Energéticos (ESCO), un/a Responsable de CAEs que lidere la comercialización de Certificados de Ahorro Energético (CAE), dinamizando el mercado y optimizando el beneficio económico derivado de los ahorros energéticos de clientes y canales.

El profesional será responsable de dirigir al equipo de CAEs, de representar al área institucionalmente, y de gestionar la red de canales y colaboradores que originan y contribuyen al negocio, asegurando que cada expediente avanza con solidez desde la captación hasta el cobro.

El objetivo del puesto es dinamizar el mercado de certificados y escalar el negocio de forma sostenible, combinando el desarrollo institucional y de canales con una gestión operativa rigurosa del equipo y del proceso.

Este rol reportará al Director de Servicios Energéticos.

• Dirigir y coordinar al equipo de CAEs, distribuyendo la carga de expedientes y asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos comerciales y de plazos.
• Definir la organización y planificación comercial del equipo, y velar por una buena gestión de contactos y proyectos en el CRM.
• Acompañar, formar y desarrollar al equipo, estableciendo estándares de calidad en el cálculo de ahorros, el pricing y la gestión documental.
• Actuar como interlocutor principal ante las instituciones para garantizar el cumplimiento del proceso normativo y agilizar la conversión de fichas de ahorro energético en certificados.
• Mantener y desarrollar la relación institucional con los organismos reguladores, anticipando cambios normativos (p. ej. multiplicadores, criterios técnicos) que afecten al negocio.
• Gestionar la relación con las ingenierías y proveedores técnicos que participan en el cálculo y la justificación del ahorro energético.
• Coordinar con los verificadores la mejora continua del proceso de validación, resolviendo cuellos de botella y asegurando la calidad de los expedientes antes de su envío.
• Gestionar y hacer crecer la red de canales y colaboradores (agentes, agencias, consultoras) bajo los distintos modelos de colaboración: sin contrato, agencia o compraventa de ahorro.
• Realizar el seguimiento del desempeño de cada canal y activar planes de impulso comercial cuando sea necesario.
• Apoyar activamente en la captación de nuevas oportunidades, tanto de cartera propia como de canales, especialmente en cuentas o proyectos de mayor complejidad.
• Identificar nuevas oportunidades comerciales en el mercado de certificados, analizando el potencial de ahorro de las mejoras energéticas.
• Coordinar con otras áreas de ACCIONA Energía (operaciones, técnica, administración/facturación) para asegurar la continuidad del expediente desde el convenio hasta el cobro.
• Colaborar con el equipo técnico en la interpretación y análisis de los ahorros energéticos susceptibles de convertirse en certificados.

• Grado en Ingeniería o formación técnica similar.
• Valorable formación complementaria en eficiencia energética.
• Experiencia mínima de 7 años en el ámbito de proyectos, y de al menos 1 año liderando equipos.
• Experiencia en compra-venta de productos estandarizados, preferentemente relacionados con certificados de ahorro energético o mercados de eficiencia.
• Manejo de CRM, paquete Office y sistemas de gestión documental para el seguimiento de fichas y la validación de certificados.
