At ACCIONA, we are looking to hire a Transfer Pricing Manager for ACCIONA, S.A.'s Corporate International Tax area.

We are seeking a professional with proven experience in transfer pricing, capable of independently participating in the design and documentation of transfer pricing policies, analysis of related-party transactions, benchmarking searches, support in tax audits, and drafting of intercompany agreements.

What you'll do

  • Design, review, and update of the group's transfer pricing policy across different jurisdictions, and analysis of complex related-party transactions (services, financing, cost sharing, secondment of personnel, intangibles, guarantees, management fees).

  • Preparation and review of transfer pricing documentation (Local Files and Master File), benchmarking searches, and benchmarking studies.

  • Support in transfer pricing tax audits: responses to information requests, supporting documentation, and technical arguments.

  • Analysis and documentation of intercompany transactions (ICAs, management fees, services, cost structures) and drafting/coordination of the underlying agreements.

  • Coordination with tax, accounting, legal, and international subsidiaries, and identification of tax risks and recommendations for their mitigation.

  • Monitoring of regulatory developments, doctrine, case law, and OECD guidelines on transfer pricing and international taxation.

What we're looking for

  • University degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

  • Advanced level of English.

  • 5 to 7 years of prior experience in transfer pricing, at a Big Four firm, tax consultancy, or the tax department of a multinational group.

  • Solid knowledge of Spanish regulations on related-party transactions, OECD guidelines, and international documentation standards.

  • Demonstrated experience in tax audits and benchmarking searches/studies.

  • Experience drafting or reviewing intercompany agreements (ICAs, management fees, intercompany services, cost structures, financial transactions).

  • Strong technical rigor and analytical skills, with a business-oriented approach.

  • Autonomy in project management and ability to coordinate with various stakeholders.

  • Ability to work in international environments and with highly complex operations. Experience in Infrastructure and Energy is valued.
