ACCIONA, in its Facility Services division, is looking for an intern to join the Offers team at its Madrid delegation
Functions:
· Preparation of technical reports and studies.
· Contacting subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotes and prepare the project budget.
· Preparing the necessary technical documentation (reports, plans, ranges) for the tender, as well as coordinating with Administrative Staff the preparation of the rest of the documentation to be submitted.
· Visiting, when necessary, the facilities where a service is to be executed, in order to gather information that can be incorporated into the project.
· Carrying out commercial contacts when required.
· Knowing and complying with the Quality, Prevention, and Environment Management System, as well as the specifics of their trade and job position.
