Support the business in aligning the human resources strategy with the organization's vision, values, and objectives, creating a positive work environment and fostering employee commitment and talent.

What you'll do

Collaborate in the deployment of corporate policies and processes in the areas of Recruitment, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, and Organization.
Support the launch and follow-up of recruitment processes, ensuring a good candidate experience.
Collaborate in the onboarding processes for new hires.
Support the organization of training and development sessions.
Collaborate in providing basic administrative support to employees regarding general HR inquiries (absences and vacations, working conditions, flexible compensation, payroll...)
Support the preparation and consolidation of reports and periodic information on a global level.
