What we're looking for

Technical training, preferably in Engineering, Industrial Organization, Business Administration, or similar.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical purchasing, procurement, planning, or industrial subcontracting management.
Negotiation skills and supplier management abilities.
Planning, organization, and monitoring skills for multiple simultaneous projects.
Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented profile.
Good proficiency in IT tools and the Office suite.

Nice to have

Experience in industrial environments within the aeronautical, metalworking, or advanced manufacturing sectors is valued.

The role

Join Airgrup and play a key role in the management and monitoring of subcontracting processes within an innovative, technological, and constantly growing aeronautical environment.

What you'll do

Manage and coordinate subcontracting operations for production processes and external treatments.

Request quotes, analyze proposals, and negotiate terms with suppliers.

Monitor orders and delivery deadlines, ensuring compliance with planning.

Coordinate subcontracting needs with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics.

Manage incidents and non-conformities with suppliers, driving the necessary corrective actions.

Evaluate and monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, and service.

Identify new suppliers and participate in the approval processes.

Analyze costs, deadlines, and production capacities to optimize subcontracting decisions.

Participate in continuous improvement projects oriented towards supply chain efficiency.

Keep documentation and records associated with subcontracting activities up to date.
