ACCIONA, in its water business, needs to hire a Service Operator for its Thermal Drying contract in Loeches.

• Execute the start-up, operation, and shutdown procedures for the various processes and facilities (cogeneration engines, thermal drying, auxiliary systems, and composting processes).
• Perform continuous operation, control, and supervision of processes using the SCADA system, verifying the correct functioning of equipment and acting on operational deviations.
• Record and control plant operating parameters, ensuring traceability and monitoring of process variables.
• Perform basic preventive and first-level maintenance tasks on cogeneration engines and associated equipment.
• Communicate, in the absence of the process supervisor, electricity production forecasts and support operational shift coordination.
• Detect, report, and record operational incidents in the maintenance management system, coordinating with the maintenance team for resolution.
• Collaborate with and provide support to maintenance personnel during interventions requiring operational assistance.
• Control and manage the inventory of consumables needed for plant operation.
• Prepare incident reports and shift reports, properly conveying relevant information to ensure operational continuity.
• Ensure the proper use, conservation, order, and cleanliness of tools, equipment, and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality, and environmental procedures for plant operation.
• Safe and efficient operation of assigned processes.
• Continuity and availability of equipment and facilities.
• Monitoring of critical process parameters and response to incidents.
• Compliance with operational plans, basic maintenance, and plant procedures.
• Maintaining order and cleanliness.

• Technical education: Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training in the industrial field (electricity, electromechanics, industrial maintenance, energy, or similar).
• Experience in cogeneration, water treatment, thermal drying, biogas, or industrial process plants is valued.
• Knowledge of SCADA system operation, basic industrial maintenance, and plant safety.
• Ability to work shifts, autonomy, responsibility, and a safety-oriented mindset.
