Your main duties will be:
- Handle calls or contacts (complaints, inquiries, criticisms, compliments) through other channels from consumers, entities, or clients of the Lactalis Group in Spain, responding according to the group's procedures and designed questionnaires: managing calls, responding to and handling compensation for complaints.
- Prepare technical data sheets for products marketed by Lactalis in the Spanish market, intended to supplement information for clients.
- Any other duties or tasks assigned or established by the direct supervisor in relation to the consumer and client service department.
