Consumer/Customer Service Operator Internship

At our headquarters in Madrid, we are looking for someone who can complete their internship with us. If you are able to sign an agreement with your school, this is your opportunity!

Your main tasks will be:

• Answer calls or contacts (complaints, inquiries, criticisms, congratulations) through other channels from consumers, entities or clients of the Lactalis group in Spain, responding according to group procedures and designed questionnaires: handling calls, responding to and managing compensatory attention for complaints.
• Prepare technical data sheets for products marketed by Lactalis in the Spanish Market, intended to supplement customer information.
• Any other function or task that the direct supervisor assigns or establishes in relation to the consumer and customer service.

Academic background

• Higher Degree in Nutrition.
• University Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Food Science and Technology, Chemistry Nutrition, Biology, Veterinary Medicine, or Industrial or Agricultural Engineering.

Languages

• English B1 or higher.

Tus principales funciones serán:

• Responder Llamadas o contactos (reclamaciones, consultas, criticas, felicitaciones) por otros canales procedentes de consumidores, entidades o clientes del grupo Lactalis en España, dando respuesta según los procedimientos del grupo y cuestionarios diseñados: atención de las llamadas, respuesta y gestión de atenciones compensatorias de las reclamaciones.
• Elaborar fichas técnicas de los productos comercializados por Lactalis en el Mercado Español destinadas a complementar la información de los clientes.
• Cualquier otra función o tarea que el responsable directo asigne o establezca en relación con el servicio de atención a consumidores y clientes.

Formación académica

• Grado Superior en Nutrición.
• Grado Universitario o Licenciatura en Ciencias Tecnología de los alimentos, Nutrición Químicas, Biología, veterinaria, o Ingeniería industrial o Agrícola.

Idiomas

• Inglés B1 o superior.
