ACCIONA, in its Infrastructure division, needs to incorporate a Transfer Pricing Manager at its Madrid Campus.
Mission: To guarantee the proper implementation, monitoring, updating, and supervision of the transfer pricing policy of the Infrastructure Division, in coordination with the Corporate Tax area of the Acciona Group. To this end, the person will relate transversally with the National and International Tax teams, the financial and tax departments of the various countries, and the Control area in Spain, ensuring a homogeneous application of the Group's policy, compliance with tax obligations in different jurisdictions, and the proper management of intra-group operations in a multinational environment.
Functions:
- Implementation of the Group's transfer pricing policy, ratified by the tax agreements signed following the recent tax inspection.
- Management of intra-group movements and invoicing with impact in multiple jurisdictions.
- Preparation of the supporting documentation necessary to substantiate expenses in multiple jurisdictions.
- Preparation of the documentation and evidence necessary for future inspections.
- Homogenization of criteria between Construction, Water, and Industrial.
- Support for policy modifications resulting from the Group's internal reorganization processes.
- Guaranteeing the long-term sustainability and consistency of the transfer pricing policy.
- Coordination between the Group's tax and financial departments. Extensive knowledge of the commercial structure through which the Group carries out its operations.
- Coordination with Acciona's TP manager.
