Night Auditor

- Experience in Reception or Rooms Division departments in lifestyle or full-service hotels.

- Experience in Front Office leadership positions.

- Experience preferably in lifestyle hotels, driving an exceptional guest experience and managing incidents with speed and efficiency.

- Ability to detect opportunities for improvement in daily operations and turn them into concrete actions that optimize time and resources.

- High level of organization.

- Ability to work independently.

- Ability to maintain calm, focus, and attention to detail in dynamic and high-pressure environments.

Under the supervision of the Front Office Manager, you will be in charge of managing the reception area of Hotel Mondrian. In addition to your accounting responsibilities, you will also be the main point of contact for guests arriving or departing during the night. Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to handle diverse situations are essential skills for this position.

· Represent management during the night and be responsible for the smooth running of operations.
· Contribute to overall guest satisfaction through the quality of your work and exemplary behavior.
· Be responsible for the end-of-day closing.
· Verify and prepare reception reports.
· Ensure the safety of guests and their belongings by respecting and enforcing safety and hygiene regulations.
· Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service at all times.
· Take the initiative to ensure positive guest interaction.
· Motivate, train, and inform your team.
· Assist other departments as necessary.
