What you'll do
The team at the Ibis Budget Valencia Alcasser hotel is looking for a new member who is passionate about customer service and wants to work in the reception area on a full-time basis. If you like working in a team, this could be a great opportunity. Work is on rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday with two days off per week. The tasks to be performed are:
- Telephone and face-to-face customer service.
- Processing and managing reservations.
- Collecting payment and invoicing for services.
- Guest registration (check-in)
- Guest departures (check-out)
- Night closing (night shift)
- Beverage service
-Preparation and service of catering dishes (5th grade)
- Bar service (coffee shop and drinks)
- Support for breakfast or food and beverage service.
