The role

We are looking for a Ticket Agent - Front Office for a leading cultural center in Valencia that acts as a meeting point between culture, science, and education.

Your main function will be to serve as the key point of contact with the public, managing in-person, online, and telephone customer service, ensuring a warm welcome to groups and optimizing ticket sales to guarantee an excellent and fluid visiting experience.

What you'll do

  • Welcome and guide visiting public: receive the public with warmth, providing clear information about the cultural offering adapted to their interests.

  • Manage the box office and promote the cultural offering: handle daily ticket sales while recommending complementary activities and products to enrich the visiting public's experience.

  • Process payments and cash reconciliation: manage payments in cash or by card terminal and perform daily cash closing with rigor.

  • Attend and manage communication channels: respond to inquiries through telephone service and the management of the center's email.

  • Build user loyalty in the database: process the registration of visitors to the mailing system complying with current data protection regulations.

How you'll work

  • Working day and hours: 18 h/week: Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 9:45 to 15:00 and from 16:30 to 20:15.
