The role
We are looking for a General Manager, in the Canary Islands region, to lead the management and expansion of complexes for one of our clients, whose main objective will be to
maximize profitability, professionalize management, and bring that quality focus that the parent group applies to all its businesses, taking the project to the next level.
What you'll do
- Direct and supervise all operations of the complexes, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Develop and implement commercial and marketing strategies.
- Manage the assigned budget.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and propose improvements for loyalty.
- Prepare executive reports.
