The role

Would you like to be part of a consolidated company in the printing and design sector? We are looking for an Administrator with experience in Human Resources to support the daily management of personnel and the company's administrative activity.

What you'll do

Daily monitoring of workers and control of absences, incidents, and vacations.

Management and supervision of clock-ins and time control.

Direct contact with clients for the monitoring of needs and incidents.

Coordination with temporary employment agencies and other service providers.

Document management and general administrative support.

Updating databases, filing, and preparation of monitoring reports.

How you'll work

Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 17:30 and Fridays from 08:00 to 14:00h
