What we're looking for

- Essential Qualification: High School Diploma, Intermediate/Higher Vocational Training. (A completed or ongoing university degree will be valued).

- A proactive attitude, flexibility, and organizational skills are required.

- Intermediate level of English is essential.

- Communication skills.

- User-level IT knowledge is required.

17:30 to 21:30 (Monday to Friday) Salary according to schedule: 12,549 gross per year.

10:00 to 14:00 (Monday to Friday) Salary according to schedule: 12,125 gross per year.

08:00 to 17:00 (Monday to Friday) Salary according to schedule: 25,099 gross per year.

17:30 to 21:30 (Tuesday to Saturday) Salary according to schedule: 12,549 gross per year.

23:00 to 07:00 (Monday to Friday) Salary according to schedule: 29,093 gross per year.

The role

Do you like working in a dynamic and stimulating work environment, with new challenges to solve every day? Do you consider yourself someone who can easily act in complex situations and within established deadlines?

What you'll do

- You will help in the preparation of Customs Declarations, data updates, and other administrative tasks that may arise daily

- You will process customs documents with official bodies

- You will be in contact with both internal and external clients, via telephone or email, in at least two languages, Spanish and English.

- You will handle client calls providing information for clearance or answering their doubts regarding customs procedures

- You will be in contact with other departments of the company, mainly Billing and Operations, to provide the client with quality service

- You will work in a team with your center's colleagues to achieve the company's objectives, providing the best possible service for World Wide shipments while maintaining compliance with Customs regulations.
