What you'll get

Modality: hybrid, with 1-2 days of on-site work at the client's offices.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday: from 08:00 to 17:30, with one hour for lunch. Friday: from 08:00 to 14:00.
Project duration: 3 months, with the possibility of an extension.
Salary: 18,231.80 €

The role

At Adecco, we are looking for a Data and Reporting Analyst to join a project in the utilities sector, where you will be able to work with different information sources, develop reports and dashboards, and add value through the analysis of business indicators.

What you'll do

What will your functions be? - Analyze, interpret, and monitor data from different information sources.

Prepare periodic reports to monitor and track communication campaigns in contact centers (CCDD).
Develop and update customer digitalization reports, both weekly and monthly.
Identify possible anomalies and deviations in indicators, analyzing their causes and communicating the results.
Present and explain results to the client, providing conclusions, trends, and recommendations based on data.
Provide support in specific business analyses and prepare executive presentations and monitoring materials.
Participate in report automation initiatives and process optimization using Artificial Intelligence tools.
