What you'll do

What will your mission be?

Drive the growth of our network of partner companies in the Basque Country, creating new funding opportunities and building lasting relationships with social impact.

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

  • Design and implement strategies for raising public and private funds.
  • Identify new donor companies and present proposals aligned with their CSR policies.
  • Build loyalty and develop relationships with current partner companies.
  • Identify opportunities in unexplored sectors and conduct market analysis.
  • Align intervention plans with the Foundation's employment inclusion objectives.
  • Manage result tracking and reporting through the CRM.
  • Ensure compliance with the Foundation's legal and ethical procedures.

What are we looking for?

  • University degree (a master's in CSR, sales, HR, or project management is valued).
