We need to hire an onsite HR Consultant to work in Málaga, at the facilities of a client in the industrial sector.
Your responsibility will be to ensure the service in the management of workers assigned to clients, based on the established quality parameters and objectives.
Your duties will be:
- Recruit candidates based on the client's target categories, ensuring proactivity in creating an active database of candidates and workers.
- Evaluate candidates, analyzing the information obtained in the different tests and drafting the necessary reports, using Adecco methodology as well as other requirements specified by the client.
- Ensure the necessary training for workers prior to the position: occupational risk prevention, specific initial training, vocational school modules, etc., according to the protocol previously worked on with the client.
- Guarantee an adequate hiring process, as well as the delivery of the documentation, equipment, and tools necessary for the performance of their duties.
- Perform the onboarding of new workers, accompanying them to the workplace, introducing them to the teams, and explaining basic information regarding both the company and communication with Adecco.
- Perform follow-up with workers in terms of clock-ins, absenteeism, sick leave, paid leave, contract signings, communications, training completed, and other indicators defined with the client.
- Guarantee an adequate monthly closing, as well as performing correct follow-up of the invoicing process, and collection management if necessary.
- Update the indicators defined in the dashboard, analyzing said information, and performing the necessary actions to guarantee the appropriate indicators.
- Perform weekly follow-up of the management process, reviewing the network system, as well as other tasks necessary to guarantee adequate management.
- Perform frequent follow-up of the service through constant dialogue and feedback with the client, proposing the necessary actions for the improvement of the different services provided.
