We are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant in Telde to carry out all direct recruitment processes for their portfolio of clients assigned to the area.

Your mission will be to drive business development in Permanent Placement through excellent process coverage, ensuring the satisfaction of the entire client and candidate portfolio, by implementing a differentiated value proposition.

What you'll do

-You will manage recruitment processes professionally to meet client needs, using Adecco procedures, tools, and methodology.

-You will need to generate business opportunities through client calls and proactive proposals, maximizing the chances of direct recruitment processes arising.

-You will conduct profile-gathering visits, candidate advocacy, report presentations, service reviews, and proposal presentations.

-You will organize and plan your work to optimize proper process coverage.

-You will ensure client retention and loyalty.
