What we're looking for

-High level of planning and organization.

-Availability for immediate start

- Driving license and own vehicle are essential

- High level of customer orientation and good communication skills, as you will be in direct contact with our clients!

- It does not matter if you do not have experience in recruitment or HR, as we will train you and provide support so that you can grow in this area; we are looking for your passion for people!

Nice to have

- Training related to the area, such as Vocational Training in administration and finance or degrees related to HR, is valued.

- Experience in customer service, such as shop assistant, contact center, etc., is valued.

We need to incorporate a Recruitment Consultant on a temporary basis for our automotive office in Almussafes, serving the office's clients.

What you'll do

Your responsibility will be to ensure service in the management of workers placed on assignment, as well as to ensure coverage of the client's recruitment and selection processes based on established quality parameters and objectives.

-You will handle the coverage of selection processes for all profiles required by our clients; from recruitment, individual interviews, dynamic group interviews, to selection.

-You will also carry out hiring and follow-up on renewals, maintaining direct contact with workers.

-You will be able to detect areas for improvement in services and procedures, with autonomy to implement initiatives.

How you'll work

- Our schedule is Mon-Fri from 9:00h to 18:00h (flexible start and end times). Additionally, we have 28 days of vacation, and 5 free afternoons to enjoy in summer.

-6-month contract + permanent.

-1 day of remote work per week (after 3 months)
