From the Iman Temporing Almussafes office, we are selecting a part-time HR TECHNICIAN for a major company in the automotive sector located in the Almussafes Industrial Park.

Their main function will be to provide support for the management and development of human capital, collaborating in the implementation and monitoring of Human Resources processes, with special attention to training, selection, personnel administration, and the well-being of workers, contributing to the organization's objectives and fostering an efficient, collaborative, and sustainable work environment.

What you'll do

Management of the Coordination of Business Activities (CAE) and monitoring of the labor and administrative documentation of personnel.
Planning, coordination, and monitoring of internal training, including the management and subsidization of training actions through FUNDAE.
Coordination with Temporary Employment Agencies (ETT) and support in the planning and coverage of personnel needs.
Participation in selection processes for unskilled personnel and support in the welcoming and onboarding of new hires.
Control of time registration and resolution of incidents related to clocking in/out.
Management of work clothing and control of the delivery of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Coordination of internship programs with educational centers.
Collaboration in initiatives to improve the work climate and the well-being of workers.
