We need to hire an HR Consultant to provide support to our clients in Santa Coloma de Queralt and El Pla de Santa Maria in the construction sector.
What you'll do
Functions:
-You will handle the coverage of selection processes for all profiles required by our clients; from recruitment, individual interviews, dynamic group interviews, to selection.
-You will also be responsible for carrying out hiring processes and following up on renewals, maintaining direct contact with workers and clients.
-You will provide service to clients to manage the onboarding of new hires at the client's two work centers.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service and administrative roles of at least 2 years is valued.
-University education/middle or higher degree, with specialization in HR and people management valued.
-Strong customer orientation and good communication skills, since you will be in direct contact with our clients!
-You must have your own vehicle to travel to Santa Coloma de Queralt and El Pla de Santa Maria. You will be there 2-3 days, and the rest of the days at the Valls office + 1 day of remote work (after 3 months).
-Catalan is very important (at least being able to understand it).
