About the role

From Adecco we are selecting an E-commerce & Amazon Specialist for a client company specialized in the perfume, cosmetics and beauty sector, with established consumer brands and a presence in different distribution channels.

We are looking for a technical, analytical and clearly results-oriented profile to join and drive the growth and profitability of digital sales channels, with a special focus on Amazon and the company's own online stores.

Your mission:

Your main objective will be to maximize the performance of digital channels and turn traffic and brand awareness into profitable and sustainable sales.

To do so, you will work across the entire purchase journey: from product visibility and positioning to conversion, recurrence and profitability of each channel.

What you'll do

Your main responsibilities:

-Amazon management and optimization: you will manage the day-to-day of Amazon Vendor and/or Seller Central, optimizing product listings, SEO, images, A+ content and Brand Stores.

-Amazon Ads coordination: you will work alongside the specialized Amazon partner agency to optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns, with rigorous tracking of metrics such as ACOS, TACOS, ROAS and profitability.

-D2C channel and online store management: you will participate in the ongoing maintenance, analysis and optimization of e-commerce platforms, working to improve conversion rate (CRO), user experience, customer journey and purchase and checkout funnels.

-Email marketing and retention: you will design and execute automation strategies using Klaviyo or similar tools, including abandoned cart recovery, loyalty, cross-selling, customer reactivation and new product launches.

-Analysis and continuous improvement: you will track the main commercial and digital KPIs to identify growth opportunities, optimize investment and improve channel profitability.

What you'll get

-Joining a project with established consumer brands and strong digital growth potential.

-A role with direct impact on business strategy and results.

-Autonomy to propose, test and implement improvements.

-Collaboration with internal teams and specialized partners.

-Fixed salary of €35,000 gross per year.

-Variable bonus of 10% to 15%, linked to net sales growth and the profitability of the web and Amazon channels.

Requirements

-Between 3 and 5 years of experience in e-commerce and marketplace positions, with demonstrable specialization in the Amazon ecosystem.

-Real experience managing consumer brand accounts, preferably in sectors such as fashion, beauty, cosmetics, lifestyle or fast-moving consumer goods.

-Proficiency in Amazon Vendor and/or Seller Central.

-Solid knowledge of Amazon SEO and tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout or similar.

-Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce or equivalents.

-Proficiency in digital analytics tools, especially Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

The ideal profile: We are looking for an analytical, technical, autonomous and highly business-oriented person, capable of interpreting data and turning it into concrete actions that generate growth.
