Your mission will be to ensure the correct functioning of water supply, drainage, and hot water production (boilers) systems. We are not just looking for someone to repair breakdowns, but for a technician capable of executing a preventive plan that avoids any interruption in the service of our assets.

What you'll do

Preventive Maintenance: Periodic inspection of piping networks, faucets, and sanitaryware to guarantee their perfect condition.
Critical Systems Management: Inspection and maintenance of boilers, pressure systems, pumps, and water accumulators.
Drainage Network Control: Cleaning and maintenance of sanitation networks, drains, and rainwater/sewage pumping systems.
Detection and Repair: Technical localization of leaks, pipe repair, and replacement of hydraulic elements with high-quality finishes.
Optimization: Consumption control and adjustments to pressure systems to ensure building efficiency.
