Point of Sale Manager – Impulse Channel - Seville

Do you have experience in commercial management of points of sale and are you motivated by the dynamic environment of the impulse channel?

From Adecco Outsourcing we are looking for a person with initiative and a results-oriented approach to join a stable project within the food sector in Seville.

What will your mission be?

You will be the person responsible for ensuring proper execution at the point of sale, boosting the visibility and sell-out of products in your assigned area.

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

• In-person visits to impulse channel points of sale according to route.
• Ensure proper product display, taking care of its positioning and presence in store.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and negotiate commercial actions with store managers.
• Implement promotional materials and ensure their proper execution.
• Monitor and report activity through internal tools.

What are we looking for in you?

• Previous experience in similar roles such as POS manager, route sales representative, or related functions in fast-moving consumer goods.
• Experience in the impulse channel or food sector is a plus.
• Valid driver's license.
• Resourceful profile, with negotiation skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with digital reporting tools.

• Fixed salary of €1,424.50 gross per month + variable of up to €2,000 gross per year, paid quarterly based on KPIs.

Desde Adecco Outsourcing estamos buscando una persona con iniciativa y orientación a resultados para incorporarse a un proyecto estable dentro del sector alimentación en Sevilla.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Serás el/la persona encargado/a de asegurar la correcta ejecución en el punto de venta, impulsando la visibilidad y el sell-out de los productos en tu zona asignada.

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

• Visita presencial a puntos de venta del canal impulso según ruta.
• Garantizar la correcta exposición del producto, cuidando su posicionamiento y presencia en tienda.
• Detectar oportunidades de mejora y negociar acciones comerciales con los responsables de los establecimientos.
• Implementar materiales promocionales y asegurar su correcta ejecución.
• Realizar seguimiento y reporte de la actividad a través de las herramientas internas.

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

• Experiencia previa en roles similares como GPV, comercial de ruta o funciones afines en gran consumo.
• Valorable experiencia en canal impulso o alimentación.
• Carnet de conducir en vigor.
• Perfil resolutivo, con capacidad de negociación y buenas habilidades interpersonales.
• Manejo de herramientas digitales para reporting.

• Contratación estable en un proyecto consolidado.
• Salario fijo de 1.424,50€ brutos mes + variable de hasta 2.000 €/bruto anual con devengo trimestral según KPIs.
