What we're looking for

Minimum of 2 years of experience managing work teams, preferably in the logistics sector.
Valid forklift license and demonstrable experience in handling forklifts.
Knowledge of office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to plan and organize tasks, as well as to supervise daily operations.
Interpersonal skills to motivate and coordinate the staff under your charge.

The role

A renowned company in the sector, located in Madrid, is looking for a team coordinator who wishes to join their team to lead daily operations and ensure the optimal functioning of their processes.

What you'll do

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the team, ensuring compliance with operational objectives.
Manage the reception, storage, and placement of goods in the warehouse.
Prepare work schedules and forecast the needs for incoming and outgoing goods.
Guarantee compliance with safety and quality standards in all operations.
Propose and implement improvements in logistics processes to increase efficiency.
Perform periodic reports on team performance and operations.
Act as a point of reference to resolve operational doubts and problems for staff.

How you'll work

Contract type: Permanent

Working days: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Salary: €1,977.02 gross per month for full-time employment
