Requirements

What we're looking for

Vocational Training, Degree, or equivalent experience.
Intermediate level of English (essential).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
No previous experience in international traffic is required.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.

The role

What You Can Expect:

Rhenus Logistics is looking to hire an Export TIR Operative to support the international road transport team. The position has a primarily administrative focus, performing shipment tracking, document management, and coordination with customers and suppliers.

What you'll do

Administrative management of international road transport files.
Preparation, review, and filing of transport documentation.
Shipment tracking and updating information in internal systems.
Communication with customers, carriers, and agents.
Resolution of basic operational incidents and escalation when appropriate.
Support to the traffic team in administrative and coordination tasks.
Data entry and maintenance in management tools.

How you'll work

Start date:

Immediate incorporation.
Temporary contract to cover sick leave.
