Imports Administrative Assistant

Multinational company in the industrial sector, located in Alcobendas, is looking for an import administration assistant.

Manage the import process for finished products and raw materials.

1.      Manage and coordinate the logistics associated with order processing, supervising the process in its entirety; entry of purchase orders, confirmation, processing, tracking, and payment management.

2.      Create orders and manage documentation.

3.      Perform customer service work, administrative tasks, and duties specific to the import department.

4.      Order tracking (delivery times, incident resolution, confirmation of deadlines, modification of orders regarding their characteristics and prices). Manage shipments according to production dates and transit time.

5.      Group orders by shipment, optimizing transport costs.

6.      Coordinate requests with the Export departments of each country.

7.      Manage transport when necessary.

-Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 14:30 and two afternoons until 18:00.

-Hybrid work format, with 1 full day of teleworking and 2 afternoons.

-Knowledge and proficiency in SAP.

- High level of English.

-Experience in customs management.
