Mission / Position Objectives
Manage the import process for finished products and raw materials.
What you'll do
Areas of Responsibility/Functions
1. Manage and coordinate the logistics associated with order processing, supervising the entire process; purchase order entry, confirmation, processing, tracking, and payment management.
2. Create orders and manage documentation.
3. Carry out customer service tasks, administrative duties, and procedures specific to the import department.
4. Track orders (delivery times, resolving issues, confirming deadlines, modifying orders regarding their characteristics and prices). Manage shipments according to production dates and transit time.
5. Group orders by shipment, optimizing transport costs.
6. Coordinate requests with the Export departments of each country.
7. Manage transport when necessary.

3. Realizar trabajos de atención al cliente, tareas administrativas y gestiones propias del departamento de import.
4. Seguimiento de pedidos (plazos de entrega, resolución de incidencias, confirmación de plazos, modificación de pedidos en cuanto a sus características y precios). Gestionar los embarques de acuerdo con las fechas de producción y transit time.
5. Agrupar los pedidos por envíos, optimizando el coste transporte.
6. Coordinar las solicitudes con los departamentos de Export de cada país
7. Gestionar el transporte cuando sea necesario.
