About the role

Prominent industrial company located in Andorra is looking to add a PRL Manager to its team.

The selected candidate will work in close collaboration with their work team to implement and supervise preventive measures, ensure compliance with current Health and Safety regulations, and develop strategies that minimize workplace risks.

Functions:

  • Identify and evaluate workplace risks in work areas, developing specific safety plans for each situation.
  • Coordinate business activities related to health and safety, ensuring the correct integration of preventive measures into production processes.
  • Investigate workplace accidents, analyzing causes and proposing effective solutions to prevent future incidents.
  • Promote internal training in occupational health and safety, providing workshops and training sessions to work teams.
