The role

Do you have experience in hotel housekeeping and would you like to take the next step in your professional career? At Adecco we are recruiting an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join a hotel located in Salou.

We are looking for an organized person with leadership skills and attention to detail, who will support the Housekeeping Department while guaranteeing the highest standards of quality, cleanliness and guest service.

What you'll do

Duties

- Support the Executive Housekeeper in the daily supervision and coordination of the Housekeeping Department.

- Organize and supervise the work of the room attendants and valets team.

- Verify the correct cleaning, order, and presentation of rooms and common areas.

- Carry out quality inspections and ensure compliance with established standards.

- Coordinate task assignment and shift coverage according to the hotel's occupancy.

- Maintain constant communication with the Reception, Maintenance, and Laundry departments.

- Supervise stock control, inventories, and material replenishment.

- Participate in the training, monitoring, and motivation of the team.

- Manage incidents and propose improvement actions to optimize the service.

Requirements

- Training in Hospitality and Tourism.

- At least 1 year of experience as a Floor Supervisor or Assistant Housekeeper.

- Experience in team management and coordination.

- User-level knowledge of hotel software programs.

- Organized, decisive person with attention to detail.

- Availability for immediate start.
