We are looking for a ASSISTANT MANAGER to join our hotel located in BILBAO

Perform the qualified and responsible direction, control, and monitoring of the set of tasks carried out in the Hotel in coordination with the Hotel Manager and under their supervision. Organize, direct, and coordinate the work of the staff under their charge. Achievement of the economic objectives regarding their clients and their employees, set by the company. Exercise decision-making in all aspects during the times and days when the Hotel Manager is not present, with all the consequences.

• Participate in recruitment and promote the training, development, and motivation of their work team.

• Efficiently manage the staff under their charge, planning and supervising their organization.

• Exercise participatory leadership, guaranteeing a good working environment by always showing an exemplary attitude with all collaborators.

• Be a guarantor of the optimal quality of services and amenities to clients and, where appropriate, correctly manage their complaints.

• Ensure excellence in service and compliance with quality standards, as well as their updating

• Develop the client portfolio, proposing and promoting new commercial development channels, as well as monitoring online reputation, as well as reviews and opportunities for improvement.

• Preparation and monitoring of the budget, as well as credit management, optimizing margins and results and minimizing costs, while always preserving quality and the working environment.

• Ensure the maintenance of the facilities and their security.
