We are selecting for an important company specialized in the pharmaceutical sector that offers integral IT solutions and consulting services, (1) a Help Desk Technician who brings experience in the sector.

The selected person will join to provide support and assistance to Pharmacy Offices in the use of management software.

Their main function will be to attend to, advise, and resolve user queries and incidents, offering support via telephone, remotely, or in person.
