What you'll get

- Hybrid modality

50% on-site / 50% remote work.

Remote work organized in blocks of two consecutive weeks per month.

- Schedule

On-site: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 15:00 h.

Remote work: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 h (with 1 hour for lunch).

- On-call shifts

Approximately 1 week of on-call duty every month and a half, according to the client's planning.

- Equipment

The computer equipment will be provided by Indra for security reasons.

- Location: Calle Julián González Segador, s/n, Hortaleza, 28043 Madrid

- Gross annual salary: 33,781 €

- Temporary project for paternity leave replacement

- Expected period: from November 15, 2026, to January 15, 2027

The role

We are looking for a Systems Technician with experience in Windows and Linux environments to join an IT infrastructure administration and support project.

What you'll do

Main duties

Administration and maintenance of IT infrastructures.

- Management and resolution of second and third-level incidents.

- Configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of servers and corporate services.

- Administration of virtualized environments.

- Advanced technical support for users and systems.

Requirements

- Experience in Windows Server administration.

- Management of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and domain services.

- Support and resolution of incidents in Windows 10/11.

- Knowledge of Linux (preferably Red Hat or AlmaLinux).

- Experience in administration and support of virtualization platforms.

- Networking knowledge: TCP/IP, VLAN, Routing, DNS, and connectivity incident resolution.

- Ability to analyze and resolve incidents autonomously.

- Handling of technical documentation and procedures.

- Intermediate level of English.

- Minimum qualification: CFGS Administration of Computer Systems in Networks (ASIR).
