Requirements

What we're looking for

University or higher vocational training in areas such as Computer Science, Technology, Business, ADE, Marketing, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar. We value motivation and potential more than a specific degree.
Knowledge of Python for process automation, tool integration, and solution development.
Experience or knowledge of automation tools such as n8n, Power Automate, Make, or Zapier.
Interest and experience in Generative Artificial Intelligence projects, using tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or Gemini.
Ability to design, test, and optimize prompts aimed at real business use cases.
Knowledge of integrating applications via APIs and automating workflows.
Interest in digitalization, technological innovation, and continuous process improvement.
Ability to collaborate with different departments and understand business needs.
Proactive, curious, responsible profile with a desire to learn and grow professionally.

Salary based on experience (fixed + variable).
100% on-site work at the Malaga Technology Park (PTA).

The role

At Adecco we collaborate with a leading technology company in Malaga that continues to drive its digitalization and innovation strategy. We are looking to bring on board a Digitalization and AI Automation Technician to participate in cross-functional projects involving process automation, artificial intelligence, and continuous improvement, collaborating with different business areas and with the Digitalization team.

Your mission

Driving automation and Artificial Intelligence initiatives within the organization, identifying improvement opportunities, developing solutions that optimize internal processes, and helping different departments harness the potential of new technologies.

What will you do?

Participating in process automation and Artificial Intelligence projects applied to the business.
Designing and optimizing workflows using tools such as Power Automate, n8n, and Python.
Creating and improving prompts for generative AI solutions such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or Claude.
Collaborating with different departments to identify digitalization and continuous improvement opportunities.
Supporting the CRM team in automation, configuration, and tool integration tasks.
Providing support to internal users and participating in resolving incidents related to corporate platforms.
Researching new technologies and proposing innovative initiatives that add value to the organization.
