new use cases.
Manage the functional backlog and track initiatives, priorities, and
improvements.
Analyze, document, and keep functional requirements, procedures,
manuals, and guides up to date.
Collect, record, classify, and track incidents and inquiries
via Salesforce.
Coordinate with Systems and business areas the resolution of incidents and the
implementation of improvements.
Participate in functional testing (UAT) and validate new functionalities.
Analyze indicators, prepare reports, and propose continuous improvement actions.
Perform data extraction and processing using Excel and other tools.
Provide functional support to internal users and the commercial network.
Coordinate the validation of content and functionalities with the different areas.
Collaborate on launches, communication, and adoption of new digital tools.
