💼 Selection and HR Management Technician | Employment ETT

📍 Malaga (in-house position, city center office)

🕐 Full time | On-site | Immediate start

Do you have experience in recruitment and are you motivated to join an agile, dynamic company specialized in hospitality talent?

Employability ETT is looking for a Human Resources professional to join our in-house team and help us keep connecting companies with people who make a difference.

What you'll do

Posting job offers and managing employment portals.
Resume screening, phone interviews, and in-person interviews.
Coordination and follow-up of recruitment processes.
Document management: contracts, payroll, registrations and terminations with Social Security (RED System).
Communication with clients and workers.
Administrative support in labor matters and occupational risk prevention (use of DELTA system).

👀 What do we value?

Minimum 3 years of experience in staff selection and labor management.
Practical knowledge of the RED System, DELTA, and payroll.
Proficiency with recruitment tools and employment portals.
Organization, initiative, and communication skills.
Experience in staffing agencies and hospitality recruitment is highly valued.
