We are looking for an IT Support Technician to expand one of our teams in Málaga.

What you'll do

Provide on-site and remote IT technical support to users, resolving incidents related to hardware, software, and networks.
Administration and support of Windows Server environments and Microsoft 365 applications.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems in computer equipment, operating systems (mainly Windows Server), and applications.
Perform the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
Manage the inventory of equipment and IT licenses.
Offer support for the company's ERP application.
Participate in improvement projects and the deployment of new technologies within the company.

How you'll work

100% on-site in the province of Málaga.
Split shift from Monday to Thursday and intensive working day on Fridays.
Travel to the rest of the group's offices for the development of the service.

Requirements

Technical training related to the job position.
Approximately 3 years of experience in IT support roles in Windows Server/Microsoft 365 environments, both on-premise and cloud.
Knowledge of ERP systems.
