What we're looking for

We are looking for a person with experience in generalist Human Resources environments, capable of working autonomously in the management of the area and with knowledge in Occupational Risk Prevention to provide support in the control and monitoring of preventive documentation.

Previous experience in generalist Human Resources positions.

Knowledge of personnel administration and labor legislation.

Regular use of office software tools.

Organizational capacity, autonomy, and attention to detail.

Communication skills and coordination with different departments.

Nice to have

Training or experience in Occupational Risk Prevention is valued.

Education & certifications

Higher Level Vocational Training or university training related to Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, or similar.

The role

At Adecco, we are looking to hire a generalist Human Resources Technician for a company specialized in electrical installations, energy project development, and technical services for companies, with a consolidated presence in Granada.

What you'll do

- Comprehensive management of selection processes.

- Posting job offers and searching for candidates.

- Conducting interviews and monitoring onboarding.

- Administrative management related to personnel.

- Document coordination and support in hiring processes.

- Attention and support to employees regarding HR-related matters.

- Monitoring and control of documentation linked to Occupational Risk Prevention.

- Coordination with the prevention service and other company departments.

- Support in training actions and internal development.

How you'll work

Workplace located in Granada (Fuente Vaqueros).

Schedule from Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 18:00 h. Friday from 08:30 to 14:30 h.
