The role

If you are passionate about mechatronics and want to work in a growing company, this is your opportunity. We are looking for a Mechatronics Technician for a challenging project at an innovative company specialized in the manufacture of metal containers for aerosols and twist-off caps for canned goods. Your talent will be key to optimizing processes and improving efficiency in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.

What you'll do

Maintenance and repair of automated, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on the production line.
Process optimization on automated lines to maximize operational efficiency.
Diagnosis and resolution of faults in equipment and machinery related to the production of metal containers and twist-off caps.
Implementation of new technologies and improvements to existing systems to ensure proper production operation.
Collaboration with the maintenance team to ensure equipment availability and reliability.
Preparation of technical reports on interventions and equipment status.
Quality control of the facilities and equipment under your responsibility.
Supervision of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, applying the necessary knowledge to ensure proper performance.

Requirements

Vocational training in maintenance and/or industrial fields, and solid knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
Experience in process improvement on automated lines.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment, providing quick and efficient solutions.
Proactive attitude toward learning and continuous improvement.
Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night), as well as being on call once a month.
