Do you enjoy understanding the business through data and anticipating what is going to happen?
We are looking for someone who knows how to read Health claims in depth, explain the reasons behind the results, and turn analysis into real business decisions.

About you

• Analyze medical spending and policyholder behavior to understand cost drivers and deviations.
• Detect trends in healthcare consumption and provider efficiency.
• Design and develop predictive models of frequency and cost.
• Support pricing, product, and medical management with clear, actionable insights.
• Translate complex data into understandable messages for the business.

About the position

• More than 5 years of experience in claims analytics or modeling in Health.
• Education in statistics, mathematics, engineering, or actuarial science.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Python.
• Ability to go beyond the data and understand the business.
• Good level of English and ease of communicating with non-technical profiles.

Sobre ti

• Analizar el gasto médico y el comportamiento de los asegurados para entender drivers de coste y desviaciones.
• Detectar tendencias en consumo sanitario y eficiencia de proveedores.
• Diseñar y desarrollar modelos predictivos de frecuencia y coste.
• Apoyar a pricing, producto y gestión médica con insights claros y accionables.
• Traducir datos complejos en mensajes comprensibles para negocio.

Sobre la posición

• Más de 5 años de experiencia en analítica o modelización de siniestralidad en Salud.
• Formación en estadística, matemáticas, ingeniería o actuariales.
• Dominio de Excel, Power BI y Python.
• Capacidad para ir más allá del dato y entender el negocio.
• Buen nivel de inglés y facilidad para comunicar a perfiles no técnicos.
