Insurance Broker Manager (Canary Islands)

• Professional with a Higher Degree or Bachelor's/Diploma in Economics, Business, or Law.

• Proven and successful experience of at least 3 years managing networks of Brokers, sector professionals, Insurance Brokers and Brokers in the market, and carrying out commercial actions with Groups, in business areas of life, investment and/or health.

• User-level proficiency in Office, especially Excel.

• Own vehicle required.

Reporting to the Territorial Director, your responsibilities will include, among others:

• Providing support, care, and development to the existing network of Brokers in the Canary Islands geographical area.

• Primarily recruiting new Brokers (attracting, training, and mentoring them).

• Training Brokers. Managing portfolios and ensuring compliance with programs and commitments with Brokers.

• Promoting agreements and commitments with Brokers.

• Taking responsibility for developing and meeting budgetary targets.

• Generating Added Value.
