Broker Manager

• A professional with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Economics, Business Administration or Law.

• Proven, successful experience of at least 3 years managing networks of Brokers, insurance professionals, Insurance Brokers and Brokerage firms in the market, as well as carrying out commercial actions with groups in the life, investment and/or health insurance business areas.

• User-level proficiency in Office, especially Excel.

• Own vehicle required.

Reporting to the Territorial Director, your responsibilities will include, among others:

• Managing, supporting and developing the existing network of Brokers in the Madrid area.

• Primarily recruiting new Brokers (sourcing, convincing, training and mentoring).

• Training Brokers. Developing portfolios and meeting targets and commitments with Brokers.

• Promoting agreements and commitments with Brokers.

• Taking responsibility for developing and meeting budget targets.

• Adding value.
