- University degree: Labor Relations, Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR generalist positions is essential, preferably in retail or other operational environments.

What you'll do
- Accompanying and supporting the business in people planning for the assigned zone.
- Optimizing the employee experience through presence in stores, attending to inquiries, reinforcing internal communication, etc.
- Ensuring the execution of the onboarding and training program for new hires.
- Guiding, orienting, and following up on professional development programs.
- Coordination and/or resolution of inquiries, doubts, and management regarding labor matters.
- Driving the implementation of new Human Resources projects, procedures, regulations, etc., in the points of sale.
How you'll work
🏡On-site modality
🕒 Monday-Friday schedule from 8:30 to 15:30 and two afternoons until 19:00.
