Requirements

The role

Manage, together with the rest of the people area team in the delegation, the personnel administration and development area within the scope of human resources, implementing action plans in line with the Organization's HR policies (selection, promotion, training, development, compensation) and the field of occupational risk prevention, in order to promote professional development, safety, and health of the workers. Reporting directly to the Territorial Coordination and to the Generalist Human Resources Manager in the Delegation.

What you'll do

- Ensure the implementation and compliance with the personnel management policies set by SSCC and implemented in the delegation, as well as making proposals for the development and promotion of staff.

- Detect the analysis of needs, design of training actions, the selection of external training providers, the organization of the same, etc.

- Implement and execute, together with the rest of the team, the projects and policies for people development (personnel selection, onboarding of new workers, job descriptions, staff training plan, competency-based management, performance evaluation, work climate, prevention of labor conflicts, and equality plans). All of this in coordination with the People Management area of CEAR.

- Attend to, manage, and resolve incidents within the labor framework, providing support in the supervision of labor files, as well as their handling with the Works Council. All of this together with their manager and the SSCC area managers regarding Labor Relations.

- Manage all tasks related to the budgeting process, reformulation, monitoring, and economic justification of personnel within state and local programs.

- Review the hiring process and internal movements and, the correct affiliation to social security and contributions of the workers, ensuring compliance with obligations, both labor, social, and tax-related, derived from the workers' employment relationship with the Organization. All of this in coordination with the SSCC Labor Relations Area.

In coordination with the Internal Prevention Service, implement, ensure the proper development, and centralize the monitoring of the Occupational Risk Prevention plan.

- Maintain communication/relationship with the Works Council and the Health and Safety Committee of the territory.

- Monitor updates in labor legislation, sector practices, and internal regulations.
